About the division


The informatization group ensures the operation of computer technology, distributes computer time among consumers in an educational institution, collects, systematizes and improves methodological developments using computers in the educational process, and works on automating control systems (ACS) of an educational institution. In its activities, the informatization group is guided by the laws of the Republic of Belarus, orders of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus, regulations on the secondary specialized educational institution, orders and orders of the sectoral Ministry and the director of the college.

The informatization group carries out its activities in accordance with the annual work plan in close contact with other departments of the college. The plan is coordinated with the deputy director for educational and production work, the methodological council of the college and is approved in the prescribed manner by the director of the college.

The main tasks of the informatization group


  1. Providing the educational process with computer time, providing all types of user work on the computer in accordance with the work plan.

  2. Ensuring technical readiness and operational maintenance of all computers, their maximum load.

  3. Ensuring the operability of software, programming languages ​​and operating systems, the content of the software archive and software library.

  4. Constant updating of means, computer technology and its software, advancing the introduction of modern advanced computer technology compared to production in order to train production personnel using the latest types of technology.

  5. Collection, study and implementation of advanced operating experience and the use of VT in the educational process, accumulated in educational institutions of the republic.

  6. Promotion of new software products, release of relevant information materials on new software. Development and carrying out of excursions with demonstration of possibilities of modern computers.

  7. Obtaining ready-made software products developed in third-party organizations, adapting and implementing them, exchanging work experience and software with other educational institutions.

  8. Conducting (together with the methodological council) seminars for teachers and employees of the educational institution and educational institutions of the region on the development of new software and advanced training.

  9. Development of standard solutions for interfacing standard application programs and software systems with custom programs.

  10. Consultation of teachers and employees of an educational institution and educational institutions of the region on the programming of new educational tasks (programming languages, etc.), the use of ready-made programs and standard software solutions (at a specially allotted time).

  11. Development of new training and calculation tasks on the recommendation of the MS, maintenance and modernization of the tasks operated by the educational institution.

  12. Maintenance of packages of applied training programs operated by teachers on all types of computers. Certification of all educational tasks that are in industrial operation with a classification of pedagogical orientation. Maintaining annotated catalogs.

  13. Acceptance of educational tasks and tasks of the automated control system of the educational institution in accordance with the current norms of the documents.

  14. Distribution of computer time between users, taking into account the priorities and recommendations of the methodological council and methodological commissions.

  15. Analysis of the efficiency of using computer time by task developers, especially at the stage of mastering the basics of programming, preparing reports and information materials on loading computers, developing and implementing measures to improve the efficiency of using computers.

  16. Promotion of the implementation of policy documents on the computerization of the educational process and the introduction of computer technology in all areas of human activity.
