Specialty 2-41 01 02 “Micro- and nanoelectronic technologies and systems” in accordance with OKRB 011 belongs to the educational profile “Engineering and Technologies”, the direction of education “Equipment Components”, the group of specialties “Radio-, Micro- and Nanoelectronic Engineering”.
Graduate qualifications:
The educational process, organized for the purpose of students mastering the content of the educational program of secondary specialized education, ensures obtaining the qualification “Technologist-Technologist” and one of the qualifications of a worker:

“Operator of diffusion processes” (not lower than 4th category),

“Precision photolithography operator” (not lower than 4th category),
-
“Operator of plasma-chemical processes” (4th category),
-
“Operator of Elion Processes” (4th category).

The area of professional activity of a technologist by specialty is production shops, laboratories and departments in organizations producing micro- and nanoelectronics products, as well as scientific and technical centers involved in their development.

The Process Technician must be competent in performing the following professional functions:

participation in the development and organization of the technological process for manufacturing micro- and nanoelectronics products;

participation in work on mastering technological processes during preparation for the production of new products;

conducting a systematic analysis of the results of operational control, identifying the causes of defects, participating in the development and implementation of measures to prevent technological losses and the production of low-quality micro- and nanoelectronics products;

ensuring rational use of all types of production resources;

assessment of the quality and reliability of micro- and nanoelectronics products;
-
carrying out measures to ensure the reliability and efficiency of process equipment;
-
ensuring the efficient operation of technological equipment and participating in its testing;

implementation in practice of modern approaches to organizing the effective functioning of automated control systems for technological processes of manufacturing micro- and nanoelectronics products;

participation as part of a group of specialists in the certification of equipment, materials and products of micro- and nanoelectronics;

issuing production tasks to workers, familiarizing them with the requirements of technological discipline at the workplace;

control over the implementation of labor discipline;

ensuring safe working conditions, meeting fire safety requirements and taking measures to prevent industrial injuries and occupational diseases;
